**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks.
- Assist in the renovation and restoration of buildings, ensuring adherence to project specifications.
- Perform masonry work as needed, including bricklaying and concrete pouring.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.
- Conduct caulking tasks to seal joints and openings against air or water infiltration.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow on job sites.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Operate heavy equipment when required, following all safety guidelines. ( Training Provided)

**Requirements**:

- 1 years experience in construction or labour-intensive roles is required for all positions being advertised.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation is essential.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately (Applied Position Depending)
- Knowledge of masonry techniques is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Excellent physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
- A commitment to safety practices on job sites is mandatory.
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction and renovation tasks.
