Insta Auto Solutions has been a trusted name in automotive sales for 15+ years, and we're growing fast We're looking for a gritty, driven, and results-focused Finance Manager to own the full deal process — from lead to close.

What you bring:

  • 1+ year in automotive sales (finance and sub-prime a strong plus)
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • AMVIC licensed (or willing to obtain), with a valid driver's license
  • Comfortable making calls, following up, and closing the deal

Note: This is NOT a prime‑only finance desk. If you're looking for a traditional finance‑only role, this isn't the right fit. We need someone ready to OWN the full deal process—from lead gen to close.
