**Key Expectations**:

- Assist with community engineering and planning design coordination
- Assist in preparation of Draft Plans of Subdivision including efficiency optimization
- Assist in Preparation of land development proformas for investigative properties
- Assist with budgeting and cost tracking at various stages during project duration
- Liaise with internal sales, marketing, architectural, home construction, and finance teams
- Assist with acquiring final approvals for construction, land registration, and municipal assumption
- Ask questions and learn

**Education**:

- Intermediate/Senior (Civil, Geological, Environmental) Engineering Students
- Intermediate/Senior Planning Students

**Competencies**:

- Polished communication and analytical problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and excels both in a team and independently
- Extensive knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook is recommended
- ** A vehicle and a class 'G' license are required** in order to travel to construction sites and consultant offices
