**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables and preparing meats.
- Assist in the cooking and preparation of various menu items, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Set up stations and ensure all necessary supplies are ready for service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, following health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to uphold efficient operations during service.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years kitchen experience minimum.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
