**Clinic Manager - Proactive Health & Performance**:

- Location: Bolton, Ontario_
- Compensation: $24-$26/hour (based on experience)_

**Proactive Health & Performance**, a multidisciplinary wellness clinic offering physiotherapy, chiropractic care, massage therapy, and more, is looking for a **Clinic Manager** to lead our dynamic team and elevate the patient experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow and patient satisfaction
- Manage and coach front desk/admin staff, providing training and performance feedback
- Handle **billing** and insurance submissions accurately and efficiently
- Track and report on **KPIs** (room utilization, booking rates, revenue metrics, etc.)
- Maintain clinic standards and support clinicians with scheduling and admin needs
- Foster a **positive, inclusive, and team-focused clinic culture**:

- Communicate clearly with patients, staff, and leadership
- Lead by example with **outstanding customer service**
- Previous clinic or healthcare management experience (1-2+ years preferred)
- Familiarity with **EMR systems** (preferably **Jane, Juvonno**, or similar platforms)
- Strong skills in coaching, leadership, and problem-solving
- Confidence in interpreting KPIs and performance metrics
- A passion for helping people and supporting a collaborative work environment
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
