Position: Business Development Representative
Growing the business while changing the world
Location: We are based in Canada, but this will be a remote position (work from home) with some travel to conferences and trade shows.
Job:
- Call hot, warm, lukewarm and cold leads that Fit First provides.
- Nurture and develop leads for transition to sales executive. This will include providing marketing materials and setting up ongoing outreach plan.
- Schedule sales meetings and discovery calls for sales executive.
- Have informative and productive conversations with high quality prospects that will transition to sales executive.
- Enter communication data in company CRM for sales tracking
- Participate in special projects, events and assignments
Looking For:
- Fit First Technologies Job Fit Assessment must be completed
- Prior sales experience
- Communicate by asking good questions
- Utilize active listening
- Initiate conversations
- Handle objections
- Communicate value
- Self-motivated
**Salary**: $45,000 plus commission
