**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned clients.
- Act as the main point of contact between the client and the company.
- Understand client needs and objectives, and work to meet or exceed expectations.
- **Account Development**:

- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional products or services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
- **Strategic Planning**:

- Develop account plans outlining the client's business goals, challenges, and potential areas for growth.
- Work with clients to align their objectives with the organization's products/services.
- **Sales and Revenue Generation**:

- Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting products or services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Address and resolve client issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and problem resolution.
- **Communication**:

- Provide regular updates to clients on product enhancements, new features, and industry trends.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure everyone is aligned with client expectations.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales, and revenue projections.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Salary**: $15.00-$43.63 per hour
