**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate large and medium excavators (320, 20 - 50 ton, 340 series) for **bulk excavation, trenching, backfilling, grading, and demolition work**:

- Use heavy equipment such as backhoes, loaders, and graders to excavate, move, load, and grade earth, rock, gravel, or demolition debris
- Perform demolition tasks safely and efficiently, including the removal of foundations, structures, and site preparation
- Operate bobcats and similar equipment for site clearing and debris removal
- Conduct pre-operational equipment checks and perform basic maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, refilling)
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment condition

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum **5 years’ experience** operating heavy equipment with proven **excavation and demolition experience**:

- Valid **BC Class 5 Driver’s License**:

- Access to reliable personal transportation
- Strong communication skills and a professional, team-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a **safety-first mindset**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
