**The Position**
We are currently looking an individual to take on our office administration Enjoy working with friendly co-workers, learn new technology, have excellent organizational and time management skills, and are interested in joining a company that helps employees become the best versions of themselves and grows their careers in the landscaping industry? If so, DICAM Landscaping is the place where you want to be
The successful applicant will oversee accounts receivables, office management, and will champion our administration through LMN, our Landscape Management System, by thoroughly understanding the functions and uses for this technology and help bring it to the next level as our company grows On average, you will work **25-30 hours** a week (3-4 days) at our office location and there is opportunity for more work during our busy seasons.

**Our Expectations**:
- Maintain spreadsheets with information for lawn maintenance, lawn care, and snow clients
- Invoice clients as required
- Process credit card payments
- Enter payments (cheques and credit cards) into QuickBooks Online and track on spread sheet
- Do collections on A/R overdue accounts
- Keep track of office supplies and advise when more need to be purchased
- Create work orders as requested in LMN estimates
- Activate and deactivate jobs and contracts (lawn maintenance, lawn care, snow) in LMN
- Continuously develop knowledge in LMN and help the company use the technology more efficiently
**Job Requirements**:
- High School Diploma
- Post-Secondary education in Business Administration is preferred
- 3+ years’ experience in general office systems and procedures
- Experience using LMN is strongly preferred, but willing to train an individual who is interested in learning new technology and help us digitalize some of our current processes
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
