**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
- Assist in the hiring, training, and supervision of restaurant staff.
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop and update menu offerings.
- Coordinate with vendors for the procurement of ingredients and supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.

**Requirements**:

- Must be fluent in Mandarin and English, if you can speak Catonese that would be a bonus.
- Previous experience as a restaurant manager or assistant manager is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Knowledge of bartending, hotel, catering, coffee, food production, and banquet operations is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

- Dish washer
- Kitchen head Chef
- Sushi bar head chef
- Server

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thornhill, ON L3T 7Y3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English and Mandarin (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Smart Serve, Foof handling certificate (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Night Shift (preferred)
- Day Shift (preferred)
