Lone Wolf is looking for a Training Specialist to deliver engaging value-driven and technical instruction for the Lone Wolf suite of products. The Training Specialist will view their role as a mix of instructor, skills assessor, and training materials developer. Although remote, the trainer may be requested to conduct on-site training sessions locally and nationally on an as-needed basis; however, most of the training conducted will be through GoToWebinar, Zoom, and video presentations. Our goal is to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies with our products in an effective and engaging manner.

**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**:
- Conduct virtual training sessions via a variety of platforms including but not limited to GoToWebinar, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc
- Develop training materials on Lone Wolf products
- Develop and adhere to an online training calendar
- Collaborate with other departments
- Attend training events/seminars to promote product features
**EDUCATION**:
- Degree in a relevant technical field
- Certification such as CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) is a strong asset
**EXPERIENCE**:
- Proven working experience as a technical trainer
**KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES**:
- Experience in designing technical course content
- Ability to address training needs with complete courses
- Working knowledge in MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
- Outstanding language and communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Real estate industry knowledge preferred
