About This Role: *
The Training Specialist is primarily responsible for delivering software training to Thentia clients in the regulatory industry that adheres to company quality standards.
The Training Specialist will also participate in the development, review or testing of new training materials and courses which include a variety of formats such as self-paced eLearning, videos, and instructor-led training.

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver and manage training in a variety of formats including Instructor-led classroom, instructor-led webinar for internal and external clients
- Keep current on Thentia product functionality for training development and delivery
- Manage time to prepare for training assignments and other projects or activities
- Deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions as needed
- Manage multiple training requests simultaneously
- Learn regulatory industry practices and responsibilities
- Stay current on adult learning theories and training best practices

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
- A minimum of 3-5 years of software training delivery experience is preferred
- Experience leading/supporting training efforts for large and small audiences
- Ability to understand and differentiate audiences to be trained
- Ability to take system processes and workflows and create straightforward trainer content
- Self-motivated and able to assume responsibility and work autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving start-up environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid analytical skills
- Strong Microsoft Office and web-conferencing platform skills
- Strong understanding of Learning Management Systems, and other tools to organize, track and coordinate learning.
- Demonstrated ability to work with all departments within an organization, including developers, product analysts, implementation specialists and management
- Ability to travel up to 20%, domestic and international travel as necessary
