Arthur Grand Technologies is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled **Training Specialist - Senior** for one of our clients.

**Role**:Training Specialist - Senior**
**Location: Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid)**
- Experience with MIS Solution Report modifications to meet the reporting needs of healthcare client
- Proficiency with MIS, OHRS standards, MMS (Materials Management System) is desired

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, development, and review of the education and communication strategy curriculum and training documentation for all HSPs implemented on the MIS and HRIS solutions
- Online Learning Management System support and document maintenance
- Facilitate working group and information sessions both internally and externally to gain understanding of educational training needs in a variety of formats
- Create, manage, and publish project and department communications through the approval process
- Consult and facilitate the delivery of technical training relating to MIS and HRIS software and reporting needs in conjunction with other resources, including legislative, and pandemic requirements
- Follow industry best practices, processes, and policies that are required to maintain and support privacy and security requirements.
