**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Serve Customers in store as well as pack online orders and have them sent out efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, promoting brands and in store promotions, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all store areas, including bathrooms, kitchen and storage areas.
- Operate Greenline POS systems for order processing and cash handling
- Daily Audit checks of inventory levels
- Demonstrate knowledge of cannabis and different smoking accessories to enhance guest experiences
- Uphold all health and safety regulations pertaining to reserved cannabis

**Experience**
- Previous bud tending experience is an asset
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions
- Experience in dispensary safety practices
- Background in retail or the cannabis industry is highly desirable
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude with customers is a must.
