**Job Overview**
As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while providing exceptional service. You will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your ability to multitask and maintain a friendly demeanor will contribute to the overall experience of our patrons.

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations while serving food items when necessary.
- Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, placing orders as needed to maintain stock.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when applicable.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the bar environment.

**Experience**
- Previous bartending experience is preferred and minimum of 4 years, training will be provided for motivated individuals.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for guests in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions efficiently.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods in the restaurant setting.
