Payroll & Scheduling Implementation Specialist

ComVida is centrally located in New Westminster, BC. We offer our employees a competitive benefits package along with opportunities for training and career advancement. This is a full-time, permanent position, Monday through Friday.
**Responsibilities**
- Work directly with clients and stakeholders to develop project plans for the implementation of our Employee and Financial Management software.
- Collaborate with sales, technical support and client services team members to identify key needs, target dates and milestones to ensure the success of the implementation project.
- Support users with training sessions, custom page design, extract configuration and imports of external data.
- Guide clients through parallel runs and celebrate successful go-lives of each module, providing additional training and support as needed.
- Participate in additional implementation processes and activities as they arise.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Enthusiasm and a love of learning, problem solving and collaboration.
- Strong communication skills, specifically the ability to provide clear verbal and written instructions and effectively coordinate activities with all areas of the organization.
- Excellent understanding of payroll processes, HR practices and employee scheduling requirements.
- Ability to take ownership of implementation projects and see them through to successful completion.
- Flexible & approachable attitude, with effective multi-tasking and time management skills.
**Education and Work Experience**
- 6 + years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and a knowledge of accounting practices.
- NPI designation, CHRP, Asana, Project Management and/or Scheduling certification would be an asset.
Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
