**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities Include**:

- Make inbound and outbound calls on behalf of senior mortgage brokers
- Build strong relationships with clients through consistent follow-up and service
- Maintain accurate notes and updates in CRM systems
- Ensure inquiries are addressed quickly and professionally
- Work closely with internal teams

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- No mortgage license required
- Previous customer service, call centre, sales, or administrative experience is an asset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident on the phone and comfortable handling high call volume
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working within a performance-driven environment

**Compensation**: Commission-based with unlimited earning potential

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
