We are replacing fragmented spreadsheets, outdated software, and manual processes with a single, powerful AI-powered platform for new home sales. Our system unifies sales, contracts, inventory, and client management, giving builders and their sales teams the real-time data and streamlined workflows they need to sell more projects with less overhead. We are looking for a foundational team member to help us drive growth and tell our story. **What You'll Do** **Sales Execution**: - **Drive the Sales Pipeline**: Take ownership of moving prospects from initial interest through to demo and close. You will actively engage leads, qualify opportunities, and support our CEO in advancing deals through the pipeline. - **Own Trade Show & Event Execution**: Be the on-the-ground executor at industry trade shows, builder association events, and conferences. You will manage booth presence, engage prospects, demonstrate the product, and convert conversations into qualified opportunities. - **Support Sales Process & Tools**: Manage our CRM (HubSpot) to track all prospect activity, ensure follow-up discipline, and maintain data hygiene. You will own the operational side of our sales process. **Marketing Strategy & Execution**: - **Own Our Digital Presence**: Take full ownership of our paid and organic social media channels, primarily LinkedIn and Meta. You will plan the content calendar, write compelling copy, and execute multi-channel campaigns that build our brand and generate leads. - **Manage Paid Advertising Campaigns**: Be the hands-on expert of our digital ad accounts. You will build, launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns in LinkedIn Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite to attract our Ideal Customer Profile. - **Drive Our Content Engine**: Collaborate with our executive team and marketing consultants to transform industry insights and product knowledge into engaging content (posts, ad copy, website updates, event materials). You'll become an expert on our product, customers, and competitive landscape. - **Coordinate Marketing Initiatives**: Act as the central point for coordinating our marketing efforts across channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand, and driving execution of campaigns with mínimal oversight. **What You'll Bring (The Must-Haves)** - 2-5 years of experience in a hands-on role combining sales execution and marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment. - Proven experience actively engaging prospects, running demos, and contributing to the sales process (not just marketing qualified leads—actual sales execution). - Demonstrable experience at trade shows, conferences, or industry events, with the ability to work a booth, engage prospects, and convert conversations into opportunities. - Experience creating and managing paid advertising campaigns within LinkedIn Ads Manager and Meta Ads, and managing organic social media channels. - Proficiency with a modern sales and marketing stack, including hands-on experience with a CRM (HubSpot is a major asset) and a website CMS. - A data-driven mindset with the ability to track your own performance against key metrics and articulate the business impact of your work. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent Pluto confidently to prospects and at industry events. **Who You Are** - **A Self-Starter with High Initiative**: You don't wait to be told what to do.
