Our MF in the Community program seeks to raise awareness and funding for local not-for-profit programs and charities aligned to our mission to buy local, be local, support local.

**Position Summary**

The overall mandate of the Grocery Associate is to ensure the store shelves and displays are well stocked, rotated and organzied to assist with providing our customers an optimal shopping experience.

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding product features, benefits, and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations and address any customer inquiries or concerns.

**Skills**
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone professionally.
- Exceptional organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment and manage inventory efficiently.
- A commitment to outstanding customer service, ensuring every shopper has a positive experience.

**Please note this position requires walking, standing, bending, and twisting for the duration of the shift as well as lifting up to 30-50lbs.**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
