**Position Summary**

The overall mandate of the Kitchen Cold Prep Associate is to prepare food items and meals while adhering to proper food handling guidelines and maintain a clean workspace. The Kitchen Cold Prep Associate reports to the Executive Chef.

**Job Structure**

This is a part-time, hourly position. Work schedule includes weekends and holidays as required. Paid vacation accrual is at 4%.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare ingredients and assemble cold dishes according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Ensure all food items are handled and stored safely to maintain quality and prevent contamination.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace and equipment.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and accommodating special requests.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
