**Administrative Assistant (Financial)**

Raymond James Financial Planning/Ameli & Associates is looking for an entry-level Administrative Assistant to work in our downtown Toronto office as part of our Wealth Advisory Team.
- RESPONSIBILITIES- Assist in administrative duties with regards to client needs and Raymond James document account management.
- Respond to requests for information and provide service to the Financial Advisor, Associate
- Financial Advisor, Executive Assistant and Clients
- Process and follow ups on all documentation, client changes, and administrative tasks.
- Process and update CRM requirements and assigned task activities.
- Keep other databases and spreadsheets updated
- Assist with processing and monitoring other request related to client needs.
- Assist with marketing campaigns
- Assist with general administrative duties including but no limited to filing, ordering office supplies, photocopying, reception, phones, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS
Entry level Investment Industry Student, preferably from Financial Services Administration Programs.

Completion of Canadian Securities Course, as well as the Conduct and Practices Handbook is a benefit.
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs & computer navigation
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize, multitasks, work within time constraints and follow up
- Knowledge of, or experience in, the life insurance industry would be considered a strong asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Open to learning new software, financial services industry, and practice management programs
