Job Responsibilities:

- Serve as the first point of contact for all facilities-related inquiries and issues.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair services with internal teams and external vendors.
- Manage building systems including HVAC, lighting, and plumbing, etc.
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules, inspections, and service reports.
- Support office moves, space planning, and workstation setups.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory of facility-related equipment.
- Assist in budgeting and cost tracking for facility operations.
- Respond to emergency situations in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to support workplace needs.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Facility Management Professional (FMP) Certification preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in facilities coordination or office management.
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel to various sites on a periodic basis.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
- Project management experience is a plus.
