**OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES**

SteriPro Canada is a leading medical devices reprocessing company, providing leading practice reprocessing and sterilization services from its facility in Mississauga, Ontario, and on-site at its partner hospitals. We are experts in the field of Medical Device Reprocessing, and are current with all standards and regulations set by the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) for the reprocessing and sterilization of reusable medical instruments and devices. SteriPro is committed to continue improving the Medical Device Reprocessing profession.

**MAIN DUTIES**

**Facility Operations**
- Monitor facility performance using various building management systems
- Respond to equipment alarms and help troubleshoot when required
- Assist/manage basic projects for repairs/plant efficiencies
- Weekend availability may be required
- on call availability required

**Preventative Maintenance Scheduling**
- Schedule maintenance with various contractors ensuring compliance and adherence to maintenance schedule
- Organize service reports
- Oversee any third-party work for major issues

**Parts Inventory Management**
- Help manage backup parts inventory for various systems
- Maintain asset management lists for equipment

**Manage internally generated work orders**
- Conduct basic equipment maintenance and facility organization/cleaning as needed
- Assist production team with equipment troubleshooting including:Computer equipment (printers, scanners)

Basic production equipment

Duties include any administrative and support activities that may be assigned from time-to-time.

**HEALTH & SAFETY COMPLIANCE**
- Comply with all Health and Safety Regulations
- Assist/Manage facility related health and safety projects

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**

A basic understanding of infrastructure related systems including
- Building management systems
- Steam systems
- Water systems (including high purity systems)
- Electrical Systems

**KEY COMPETENCIES**
- Knowledge and technical skills to manage and maintain building infrastructure.
- Must have advanced computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- General knowledge of industry practices, techniques and standards including ISO
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills (written and verbal);
- Ability to take initiative; strong problem solving, organization, and analytical skills;
- Capable to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
- Previous maintenance experience in a production facility an asset

**EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Facility/property management diploma or equivalent

Pay: $62,000.00-$68,000.00 per year
