Entrepreneurship at its best A corporate culture of generosity, respect, and recognition. **Employee benefits** - Deferred Profit-Sharing Plan (DPSP) - Registered Retirement Savings Plan - Group Insurance Plan - Medical and paramedical insurance - Disability Insurance - Life Insurance - Employee & Family Assistance Program (EFAP) - Wellness program - Nutrition information session - Recognition of years of service - Several activities organized by the social club (participation is always on a voluntary basis), drawings for all kinds of cultural and sports events as well as $100 credit for clothing items per year - Well-designed integration program for new employees **Role and responsibilities of the Finance Analyst**: - Perform full-cycle accounting, including month-end entries and balance sheet reconciliations for corporate and US entities - Prepare bank reconciliations, subledger to GL reconciliations, and monitor accruals and prepaid expenses for corporate and US entities - Prepare monthly financial statements and explain variances vs. budget and prior year - Collaborate with operations to build annual budgets and forecasts - Prepare monthly consolidation for the group - Produce financial KPIs and dashboards related to company performance - Maintain the documentation and calculation for transfer pricing strategy - Maintain and implement Statutory policies - Contribute to process improvement initiatives - Provide ad hoc analyses and reporting as needed - Support the implementation of ERP systems **Required qualifications for our Finance Analyst**: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration - CPA designation (completed or in progress) - Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or a similar financial role - Advanced proficiency in Excel - Strong communication and teamwork skills - High level of initiative, autonomy, and versatility - Comfortable preparing or analyzing reports for the USA - Availability for occasional travel **IMPORTANT**:Diversity.
