Order Management Specialist(6 Months Contract)

**About the role**:
**Location**: 110 Spadina Ave
**Schedule**: Thursday to Monday, 9am - 5pm
HelloFresh Canada is looking for an Order Management Specialist(6 months contract) to lead improvements in customer order data flow and support the Operations team in using the most up-to-date data to make better decisions. Reporting into Manager, Demand Planning & Order Management, you will work cross-functionally to strengthen our planning process and drive supply chain optimization. This is a key role with significant impact on all areas of the business.
**You will**:
- Ensure continuity and accuracy of information flow through the data pipeline from customer order placement to outbound delivery
- Process order and delivery lists and facilitate communication of information to all stakeholders
- Maintain resource/reference files and update existing tools on a weekly basis
- Prepare and publish weekly and monthly reports on Demand Planning team KPIs (including but not limited to forecast accuracy KPIs)
- Work with Supply Planning, Procurement Operations, Production, and Outbound Logistics to plan optimal resources to fulfill demand over short-term (1-2 weeks) horizon
- Be a data champion for the Planning team; support in automating processes, performing complex analysis, and providing meaningful and actionable insights to improve performance
**You have/are**:
- 2 - 3 year of relevant supply chain experience in order management, demand planning, supply planning or similar roles
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or a related field
- High energy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude. You're used to working in a high pressure, fast paced, and constantly changing environment
- Driven and self-motivated - you will be making a meaningful difference in our business and the lives of our employees and customers
- Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments, while being able to prioritize, achieve objectives, and meet deadlines
