We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team in Laval, Quebec, from Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. As a **Scale Clerk**, you will be responsible for tracking incoming and outgoing materials. You will weigh materials, issue weigh tickets, and provide excellent customer service.

**What you’re responsible for**:

- Welcoming clients and providing courteous service upon arrival.
- Weighing trucks and entering information into the system.
- Preparing delivery slips and shipping documents using the software.
- Answering phone calls and redirecting inquiries as needed.
- Monitoring material shipments and generating required reports.
- Performing general office tasks (opening customer accounts, filing, invoicing, etc.).

**Qualifications** To join our team**:

- You have previous experience in a similar role (an asset).
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- You are organized, responsible, self-sufficient, and resourceful.
- You are able to work effectively as part of a team.
