We are currently looking to bring onboard **Roof & Floor System Technicians** to join our team based out of our plant in Abbotsford, BC. Prior experience in a manufacturing atmosphere is an asset, but not required. Duties can include handling of raw materials (dimensional lumber, truss plates, nails), operation of automated precision saws, and manufacturing of custom designed roof and floor systems.

Schedule: Evening Shift (3:30pm to 2:00am, Mon - Thu)

Starting Wage: $21.50/hr

The position includes a $1/hr production bonus that is applicable from the start date. This bonus is tied to attendance, punctuality, and production. Once the employee reaches 520 hours of service, this production bonus will be increased to $2/hr.

There is a 90 day probation period, and upon successful completion, the employee will be eligible for the company's comprehensive benefits plan, as well as, a wage review.
