**Job Overview**
Zion Garage Solutions does Epoxy Floor Coating and Garage Storage Installation for residential garages. We are seeking someone who will be trained in the art of floor coating and space maximization. This person will eventually become a Team Lead and will be in direct contact with homeowners. There will eventually be room to earn commission as well which would increase the potential income.

**Duties**
- Operate and maintain various cleaning equipment such as floor grinders, hand grinders, and vacuums.
- Conduct inspections of flooring surfaces to identify areas needing repair or special attention.
- Be able to have a conversation with a Homeowner and be respectful and confident.
- Respond promptly to customer requests and concerns regarding floor maintenance.
- Maintain inventory of coating supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Adhere to safety protocols while using hand tools and power tools during garage operations.

**Skills**
- Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Capability for heavy lifting as required during floor coating tasks or equipment handling.
- Willingness to learn and grow as a leader.
- Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
