Office assistant to perform administrative and routine clerical tasks. Their responsibilities may include organizing and managing files, acting as receptionists, accounts payable/receivable, entering accounts in Quick books, ordering supplies, scheduling meetings and appointments, and supporting other staff with organizational tasks.

The office assistant position requires a high school diploma or equivalent degree. Office assistant needs to have advanced computer skills, and strong time management and organizational skills. Quick book is mandatory.

**Salary**: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
