We are currently looking for a bilingual, energetic and detail-oriented summer intern to join our team as a Sales Operations Intern.

**Position Overview**:
**What to expect as your main responsibilities**:

- Support sales coordination team with execution of process-related tasks in Salesforce and in external partner systems.
- Daily acceptance and download of new leads from supplier system and upload to Maya’s Salesforce (CRM).
- Registering new opportunities, as well as updating existing opportunities in the supplier system.
- Order status verification and follow-up with supplier as needed.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree or DEC in progress in business administration or a related field
- Strong communication and customer-service skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Organized, self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- 2 or more years experience in an office environment (sales coordination, executive assistant, etc.) (asset)
- Experience in a software and services sales environment (asset)
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software (asset)
- Proficiency in MS Excel required
- Bilingual (French and English), both verbal and written. (The position requires regular interaction with colleagues, suppliers and customers based outside of Quebec, nationally and internationally).
