**Financial Analyst**:
REV Capital is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our growing team Reporting to the Director of Compliance, the Financial Analyst will analyze financial data to support decision-making processes.

**About You**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Analyze industry trends and market data to inform strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data for various projects.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of corporate experience or start-up experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics or BSc is required
- Master of Business Administration in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is an asset
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information
- Knowledge of financial reporting standards
- Collaborative team player with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience with Power BI and MySQL is an asset
