**Job Summary**
An Accounting Bookkeeper for an entry-level position in an accounting firm. Duties include preparing journal entries and financial reports.

**Responsibilities**
- General responsibilities include:

- Performing accounting data entry and reconciliations
- Preparing trial balance and draft financial report
- Assisting senior accountants in the preparation of financial report and tax filing
- Reviewing payroll records and expenses, among other items as assigned

- Proficient in accounting software, such as QB, Sage
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
- Sound understanding of financial and accounting practices and principles

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
