Medical Office Assistant/booking Specialist

**Medical office assistant - Booking Clerk,** will work in a team environment. Will be responsible for but not limited to, performing ECG's, assisting in putting on Holter monitors, 24 BP's, booking appointments for patients, answering phone calls, making patient charts in EMR., sign and direct any deliveries, opening and closing clinic Any other duties deemed necessary by the Clinic management This position requires multiple thinking in fast paced environment

- Must have graduated from accredited Canadian school

**Experience**:

- Combined: 3 years (required) Provable
- Booking in a Medical facility 2 years (required) A Must
- Medical terminology 1 year (required)

License/Certification:

- BLS Certification (required)
- MOA Certificate -Unit Clerk (required)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (required)
- Afternoon Shift ( required)
- Night Shift ( required)
- Weekend Availability (required )

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (required)

Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: - 12 -44 per week
