We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Your role will be crucial in creating a positive impression and enhancing the overall guest experience.
**About the Role & Perks**:
- Full-time, year-round - 27 to 40 hours per week.
- Schedule ranges from 3 to 5 days per week depending on position.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (including Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Experience with front desk POS systems.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- Second language an asset.
- Must have valid drivers license.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Greeting all guests in a professional and friendly manner, providing concierge services and assisting them in building a memorable visit.
- Checking guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring they are well informed of the hotel amenities.
- Answer all inquiries promptly and knowledgeably, always ensuring complete and accurate information is given.
- Making reservations for future arrivals.
- Investigate complaints about service and equipment and take corrective action and resolution.
- Prepare work orders for housekeeping and maintenance departments when problems are reported by a guest.
- Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure that services are provided in an efficient and timely manner.
