**Overview**:
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing your own client resources, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving the success of client relationships. You will serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, providing them with tailored solutions and support to meet their business needs. Additionally, you will bring your own client resources to the company, expanding our customer base and contributing to our growth.

**Location**: Remote (Greater Toronto Area, Vancouver, Halifax Regional Municipality)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Resource Management**: Take full ownership of managing your own portfolio of clients, ensuring all client data, communications, and interactions are accurately documented and maintained in the interior CRM system.
- **Bringing in Client Resources**: Leverage your existing network and relationships to bring your own client resources to the company, expanding our customer base and contributing to business growth.
- **Client Relationship Development**: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with your clients by understanding their goals, challenges, and needs, and providing them with customized solutions.
- **Account Growth**: Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling by understanding your clients' evolving needs and aligning them with our products and services.
- **Client Onboarding**: Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful integration of our solutions into their operations.
- **Problem Resolution**: Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues, resolving them promptly and effectively while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**: Work closely with sales, product, and support teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Communicate client feedback to internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Regularly review client performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to clients to help them achieve their business objectives.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present regular reports on account status, client satisfaction, and growth opportunities to both clients and internal stakeholders.
- **Client Retention**: Develop and implement strategies to retain clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in account management, client services, or a similar role.
- Strong network and the ability to bring in your own client resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other client management tools.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle complex client issues.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
- Analytical skills to interpret client data and provide actionable recommendations.

Pay: $53,067.00-$100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
