- Responsibilities_:

- Manage and supervise sub-trades and co-workers;
- Ensure quality standards are maintained;
- Maintain a safe work site;
- Maintain and clean and orderly work site;
- Manage project schedules with the Project Coordinator;
- Identify and create solutions to plan errors and omissions;
- Manage client expectations;
- Verify material quantities;
- Site measuring;
- Quote requests from sub-trades and suppliers;
- Coordinating material deliveries;
- Monitor project progress.
- Requirements_:

- 10 years experience residential construction;
- 3 years experience full-time residential construction supervising;
- Well maintained vehicle;
- Smart phone;
- High attention to detail;
- University degree or college diploma;
- Estimating experience;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Multitasking;
- Time-management;
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written;
- Knowledge of the residential construction process;
- Knowledge of residential framing and finish carpentry;
- Carpenter’s license is an asset;
- Knowledge of the building code is an asset.
