**The Role**:
Assist with managing the construction of houses within a community. Ensure the adherence of construction schedules and timely integration of construction trades, material, and documentation. Drive clean up and preparation of homes under construction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sweeping and scrapping of debris in homes as required.
- Opening up houses for trade access and closing all windows and locking houses at the end of each workday as required.
- Tarp and place winter protection for concrete pours, and frost protection.
- Assist builders in any additional requirements as requested by the Assistant Site Supervisor/Site Supervisor.
- Exterior garbage pick-up.
- Place lot specific paperwork on house window.
- Place and tape down floor protection.
- Unlock homes at the beginning of the day and lock at end of day (ensure all windows closed).
- Installation and removal of safety rails.
- Concrete repair work as required.
- Pressure washing as required.
- Assist Site Supervisor with cutline of concrete.
- Assist Site Supervisor with winter heat program.
- Assist Site Supervisor to ensure all requirements are complete prior to Frame Inspections and Occupancy Inspections performed by the city.
- Manage and ensure Task organizational list updated and enforced.

**You Will Bring**:

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Safety certification in Working at Heights, WHMIS, WSIB.
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality.
- Excellent communication & communication skills.
- High School Diploma (preferred).
- Motivated to work hard and be a contributing team member.
