We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated **Warehouse Coordinator** who will be responsible for overseeing and controlling the daily operations of the warehouse. The **Warehouse Coordinator** will monitor, direct, and coordinate the movement of supplies, products and merchandise into and out of the warehouse.
**Shift**:Monday to Friday - 11 am - 8:30 pm
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage stock control: the self-assured receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely delivery of goods; shipment loading & transferring; document recording and data entry into system.
- Constantly plan out all warehouse resources and activities in relation to company objectives and set targets.
- Inspect incoming inventory and equipment for quality before storing or rerouting.
- Use equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory safely and efficiently around the warehouse and shipping facility.
- Ensure the delivery schedule is maintained and promptly alert all parties involved if a delay occurs or is likely.
- Perform periodic inventory checks to ensure the accuracy of database information and minimize the risk of inventory issues.
- Process and provide necessary and complete paperwork for shipments.
- Receive and verify accuracy of incoming inventory.
- Resolve any discrepancies between paperwork and inventory received.
- Maintain all records/logs relative to shipping and receiving.
- Adhere to all safety standards and operating procedures.
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse setting
- Strong experience with inventory software and control systems
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid decision-making and problem-solving skills.
