**Job Duties**
- Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of medical equipment.
- Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff, promoting a positive and safety-first culture.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, Health Canada regulations, and relevant industry standards.
- Implement and maintain inventory control processes to track and manage stock accurately.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and schedule routine maintenance of warehouse equipment, including forklifts.
- Promptly address and resolve any equipment malfunctions to maintain operational safety and efficiency.
- Promote and enforce health and safety protocols; ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Investigate and report workplace incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor and analyze warehouse KPIs to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all warehouse activities, including inbound and outbound shipments.
- Collaborate with e-commerce and customer support teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision.
- Familiarity with processing orders received from B2C flatform.
- Must have full understanding of commerce support.
- Experience using handheld barcode scanners for picking, packing, and put-away processes.

**Other Qualifications**
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team managing skills.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in a physical warehouse environment in Brampton

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
