**Position Overview**
We are seeking an experienced and motivated **Line Cook/Prep Cook** to join our culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring that every plate leaving our kitchen meets the high standards EVOO is known for. You will work closely with our chefs and team members to deliver consistently excellent meals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare, cook, and present menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Ensure consistency in food preparation, taste, and presentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with prep, inventory, and proper storage of ingredients
- Support kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Follow food safety and sanitation regulations at all times
- Contribute to menu planning and specials when needed
- Foster teamwork and a positive kitchen culture

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook in a fast-paced restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and cooking methods
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Passion for food and dedication to delivering an exceptional guest experience

**How to Apply**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
