**Mongolian Village Grill in Bells Corner is looking to hire Part-time & Full-Time Line Cook for long-term employment**

**Job purpose**

**At Mongolian Village, we are passionate about providing our guests with amazing food made from scratch and with fresh ingredients. As a team member, you will ensure that our guests receive the perfect stir fry, every time. Prepare sauces and other dishes as per recipe.**

**Duties and responsibilities**

**Qualifications & Experience**
- **Minimum 6-8 months of experience required for Line Cook position**:

- **Assist with shift cleaning and stocking as needed**

**Skills & Fit**
- **Ability to work as part of a team**:

- **Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions**:

- **Ability to learn quickly**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with catering events as needed
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient and smooth operations

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time, Full-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
