POSITION(S)
Bluewater
District School Board (BWDSB)
for Vice-Principal positions. Applications are welcomed from innovative,

**Qualifications**:
Principal Qualification
Program one and two (placement pending successful completion)
Valid qualifications to
teach at the elementary and/or secondary level with current registration in
good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers
Assets
Expertise in
implementing achievement plans that support student learning and well-being
Experience working as
an instructional leader who fosters positive relationships within the school
community
Strong background in
school operations, building relationships, and developing inclusive and
equitable learning environments
Strong interpersonal,
communication, and conflict resolution skills
Leadership experience in
promoting culturally relevant and responsive pedagogy (CRRP), universal design
for learning (UDL), and addressing the ongoing impact of colonization on
students
A dynamic approach, enthusiasm,
and the ability to work as part of an accountable district-wide leadership team
Interviews
will be held in person on Monday, February 3, 202 5, at the Bluewater District School Board Education Centre.
Qualified
asked to provide a resume, cover letter, and three professional references
inclusive of current supervisor (with written permission to contact), as well
as proof of completed post-secondary education and/or certifications that are
relevant to this position.
