Vice-Principal Positions – BWDSB Bluewater District School Board (BWDSB) is creating a list of dynamic leadership candidates qualified for Vice-Principal positions on a two‑year period. Self‑identification is voluntary and used to strengthen equity and inclusion practices. Salary $129,649 – $140,482, per the 2025 Provincial Vice‑Principal Salary Grid. Qualifications Certified to teach at the elementary and/or secondary level and current member, in good standing, with the Ontario College of Teachers (OCT). Hold both Parts I and II of the Principal’s Qualification Program (PQP). Preferred Assets Expertise in implementing achievement plans that support student learning and well‑being. Experience as an instructional leader fostering positive relationships within the school community. Strong background in school operations, building relationships, and developing inclusive and equitable learning environments. Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills. Leadership experience promoting culturally relevant and responsive pedagogy, universal design for learning, and addressing the ongoing impact of colonization on students. A dynamic approach, enthusiasm, and the ability to work as part of an accountable district‑wide leadership team.
