We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.

Position Type: Work on site

**Responsibilities**:
We're looking for: 2 years plus post secondary program including completion of computer technical courses 1 plus year work experience in a Service or Help Desk environment Proven technical understanding and experience in: Windows 10 and Mac OS Office 365 AD Exchange and Sharepoint OneDrive MS Teams Mobile OS and Android ServiceNow What will you bring: - Troubleshooting experience with Desktops, laptops, virtual machines (Citrix) malfunction printers, LAN and wireless connectivity, Pulse Secure (VPN) and software installations - Excellent comm skills (written and verbal) - Strong analytical and problem solving - Must be able to work well within a team and high pressure environment.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $30.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
