**Floater - School Cafeteria Aide**:

We’re looking for a **reliable, flexible individual** to join our team as a **part-time Floater Food Service Staff** member. In this role, you’ll provide support at various **secondary schools within the same district**, helping serve nutritious meals to students and staff.

If you enjoy variety in your workday, can adapt quickly to new environments, and want a consistent **weekday schedule with weekends, holidays, and summers off**, this could be the perfect fit

**What You’ll Do**:

- Prepare and serve food in different school cafeterias across the district
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Operate kitchen equipment and handle cash
- Support teams where needed with a positive, professional attitude

**What You Bring**:

- Food service experience and valid **Food Handler’s Certificate**:

- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Comfort working in new settings and adapting to changing schedules
- **Grade 12 diploma (or equivalent)**:

- A **current police check with vulnerable sector screening**:

- Reliable transportation to travel between schools (required)
- Friendly, team-focused approach suitable for school communities

**Position Details**:

- **Part-time, contract** 4 days guaranteed/week, (20-30hrs/wk)
- **Monday to Friday**, following the school calendar
- Float across multiple locations within the district as needed
