We’re a proudly family-owned and operated dealership specializing in pre-owned vehicles—and we’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic, experienced Business Development Representative (BDC) to help us keep the wheels turning (pun absolutely intended).
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- Building real connections with customers who might just love us as much as they love our cars.
- Working closely with our sales team (don’t worry, they’re friendly too) to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Keeping your CRM game tight—because if it’s not in the system, did it even happen?
- Following up like a pro—because the fortune is in the follow-up, and so is your bonus.
**What You Bring to the Table**:
- At least 1 year of BDC sales experience in an automotive dealership.
- A silver tongue and a keyboard to match: you’re a champ with both conversation and communication.
- You love meeting new people—and they usually love you right back.
- Incredible attention to detail (you’d probably notice if we left a typo in this sentence).
- A genuine passion for sales and a knack for turning leads into loyal customers.

Pay: $42,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
