**About the role**

We are looking for a Recruiting Specialist (Entry Level Position) to join our HR team in Montreal, Canada. It is an ideal position for an enthusiast who is looking to explore the horizons of Recruitment & talent acquisition and has a growth mindset. We are offering base pay with a commission structure.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

**Requirements**:

- Previous sourcing experience in General Labour/Construction staffing (preferred)
- IT staffing
- Result-driven attitude and self-motivated personality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Freelance
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour
