**Skills & Experience**:

- Motorcycle experience definitely an asset including understanding of engines and chassis as well as aftermarket accessories
- Strong Team player, willing to work together with to ensure and maintain a cohesive work environment
- Be willing to learn, understand and follow the role and job description to ensure Customer satisfaction with limited issues
- Strong computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to read schematics and blue prints

**Overview**:

- Ensure Customer satisfaction each and every day by bringing a positive attitude and a passion for motorcycles
- Maintain knowledge of Dealership authorized product lines to ensure an understanding of Customer requirements
- Selling motorcycle replacement parts and accessories
- Understand and follow policies and procedures
- Complete customer aftermarket and/or parts special orders as required
- Assist with design and display of product
- Liaise with Parts Team Lead with any issues, returns or special requests to ensure Customer satisfaction
- Assist with shipping and receiving as required
- Assist with inventory count and control as required
- Shifts include working Saturday's year round

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
