Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with clients, and promoting our products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers, providing personalized assistance to help them find jewelry that suits their needs and preferences.
  • Educate customers on product details, such as gemstones, metals, and design features.
  • Assist customers with buying and selling gold, including evaluating gold items and explaining the process.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including display cases and merchandise.
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Stay updated on jewelry trends, gold market prices, and store promotions to provide informed recommendations.

Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is highly desirable.
  • Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in jewelry, luxury goods, or gold buying/selling.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience in evaluating and handling gold transactions is a strong asset.
