**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Coordinate and schedule regular maintenance for fleet vehicles to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate with repair shop to schedule preventive maintenance tasks
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of parts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.

**Skills**
- Minimum one year of experience working as Coordinator in garage or fleet maintenance company.
- Ability to do handle multiple tasks at the same time.
- Result oriented and ability to work in team
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team. If you are passionate about fleet maintenance and possess the necessary skills, we encourage you to apply.
